More Information

Master the fundamentals of CAD (computer-aided design) for 3D printing, architecture and engineering. In this course, you’ll learn how to work with Tinkercad and SketchUp software to turn your ideas into 3D models. Design challenges will include structures, toys, tools, architecture and trophies. Participate in friendly competitions with other students for bragging rights for the best model! At the end of the course, you’ll have a solid understanding of these two CAD programs and be ready to keep learning on your own. We’ll also explore careers connected to 3D design.
