3D​ ​Jewelry​ ​Design​ ​with​ ​Tinkercad -​ ​3D​ ​Manufacturing

Design a bangle and learn to model it using primitive “building blocks” in Autocad’s Tinkercad 3D modeling software. Students will learn the basics of 3D modeling, the different types of professional 3D modeling software available, and walk away with an understanding of how small jewelry designers use 3D to design and manufacture. Before leaving, students will be shown online websites for ordering 3D prints. We hope to be Zooming in person from a parks and recreation facility in Greensboro depending on COVID restrictions. Students within the local Triad North Carolina region will receive additional information.
