More Information

Dive into the exciting world of coding and technology with All Star Code’s Summer Intensive 2024! Our FREE program is specifically designed to open doors for young men of color to the vast opportunities in the tech industry. Over the course of 3 or 6 transformative weeks, students will engage in hands-on learning, creative project development and immersive tech experiences through live-remote virtual classroom instruction. Our incredible instructional teams of 4 educators ensure that our students have individualized supports in a small class setting (no more than 25 students per 4 instructors). In addition to technical and computer science skills, students also learn about leadership and other professional development skills, such as how to prepare for a job interview & the importance of networking. Each week, students hear from industry professionals in tech, leading in companies like Google, JP Morgan Chase, and more. This deep dive into career exploration and pathways in tech, paired with mentors to support their journeys, gives our students crucial tools as they plan their futures. Joining All Star Code means becoming part of a Brotherhood of young men of color, embarking on an exhilarating journey. By honing technical skills in today’s top coding languages and learning how to excel, lead and overcome obstacles in the tech domain and all facets of life. Once you’re an All Star Code scholar, you’re a scholar for life.
