This classroom program is a deep dive into the lives of these fascinating birds, shedding light on their biology, ecology, and conservation status, with a special emphasis on how they adapt to the unique Arizona desert environment. He has been photographing and studying natural history for more than 40 years. His photographs have appeared in numerous books, magazines and calendars, and in publications including National Geographic, Audubon, National Wildlife, Sierra Club and Arizona Highways.
