Watch this sun-sational spectacle unfold with Arizona Science Center at our Annular Solar Eclipse Viewing Party—FREE to the public. To view this event safely, the Science Center will be providing eclipse glasses to all Guests to ensure proper eye protection. We invite you to spend the morning with us to watch the Moon cross paths with the Sun, then stay to explore the science behind this out-of-this-world natural phenomenon! Arizona Science Center will be opening early to allow Guests to view the full event at 7:45 a.m. The annular solar eclipse begins at 8:11 a.m., hits its maximum at 9:32 a.m. and ends at 11:02 a.m. Phoenix will receive 80% coverage.
