Arizona Science Center: CREATE – Creator Course: Wood Shop

This 3-hour Creator Course allows Makers to dive deeper into woodworking! Step into CREATE’s private woodshop and allow our expert techs to walk you through safely using a variety of saws and drills, handling an oscillating spindle sander and working with a Brad Nailer. By the end of this workshop, Makers will leave with a self-made wooden creation and the skills to continue their woodworking journey. Makers ages 13-17 must be accompanied by an adult. To keep the Woodshop at a safe capacity, we require each accompanying adult to be ticketed. Closed-toe shoes required. $150 | Ages 13+ | 3 Hours First and Last Saturdays 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
