Arizona Science Center: Girls in STEM – Stellar Science

Explore the stars and beyond at this cosmic Girls in STEM event! Participants will create their constellations and invent the legends behind them, engineer a life support system for Mars, learn how telescopes reveal the universe, and investigate how alien biochemistry might differ from life on Earth. A day of imagination, innovation, and interstellar discovery! Lunch will be provided.   Girls in STEM is a series of educational programs throughout the year that encourages interest in science and engineering among female students in grades 4-8.
