Arizona State Parks and Trails: Star Party – For the Love of Stars

Join Oracle State Park, an Internation Dark Sky Park, for an evening of telescope viewing of night sky objects on the patio of the Kannally Ranch House. February theme: For the Love of Stars Catalina State Park and Oracle State Park are jointly hosting an exciting dark sky weekend event! Join us the weekend of February 9 and 10 to celebrate our love for the night sky. Visit both parks for a unique experience involving stargazing, dancing, solar viewing, and night hiking! This event is perfect for a date night, family adventure, or friendly gathering. Check the schedule of events to see what each park is offering. See you there! Saturday, February 10 at Oracle State Park Meet at the Kannally Ranch House for all activities 5-6 p.m.: Line Dancing Class with Tucson Line Dance at the Kannally Ranch House (Sign-up required with a 50 person limit; class attendees are encouraged to wear leather-soled footwear with good ankle support.) 6-7 p.m.: Campfire, Coffee & Cookies 7-9 p.m.: Star Party with TAAA
