More Information

Join us at 7:30PM PDT, Monday, February 24th for Astronomy on Tap hosted at the outdoor Dog Haus Biergarten in Old Town Pasadena. We’ll hear from Caltech PhD candidate Antonio Rodriguez: “The Sun’s Story: From Birth to Death,” and Caltech / Carnegie Observatories Postdoctoral Fellow Mandy Chen: “Seeing the Invisible through Gravitational Lensing.” In addition, we will have a telescope on-hand for guided stargazing, professional astronomers to answer your science questions, astronomically-themed pub trivia with prizes, NASA educational swag, and live music with local rockstar Jason Achilles!

The event is free and open to all ages. No reservations are necessary, just show up and stay only as long as you want. To view our past events, see our location page. For more information about our future events and affiliated Stargazing Lecture Series at Caltech, see our website.
