Chandler Public Library: Bingocize

Bingocize®, brought to you by the Area Agency on Aging, strategically combines the game of bingo, exercise, and health education. Come play Bingocize® twice per week, with each session running about an hour and consisting of exercises (range of motion, balance, muscle strengthening, and endurance exercises) and/or health education questions. Registration required. This program is perfect for attendees ages 60 and older.
