Join the North Carolina Zoo’s 2025–2026 Homeschool Days: Environments Around the World!
December 9th all about animals Built for the Cold. Register for a program time (10am or 2pm) to discover the amazing adaptations that help Arctic animals endure freezing temperatures, scarce food, and icy terrain. Through an engaging presentation and close-up biofacts, you’ll learn how certain animals are perfectly equipped for life in one of Earth’s most extreme environments.
