Covington Parks & Recreation is sponsoring monthly star parties to observe interesting astronomical objects and to learn about the solar system and the Milky Way Galaxy. Astronomers from the Seattle Astronomical Society, the Boeing Employees’ Astronomical Society, and the Tacoma Astronomical Society share telescope views of the 1st quarter moon, planets, stars, clusters, galaxies, and other celestial objects of the season.
