Discover how to create and render a residential design concepts from a functional diagram, to preliminary designs and a finalized master plan. Prerequisites required (Desert Plant Palette and Sustainable Desert Landscapes). Prerequisites can be taken either online or onsite to apply. These classes must be taken prior to enrolling into Desert Design. In this program, students will learn critical concepts of design and how to create a finalized design. This program provides the student with in-depth coverage of: Design Principles Design Process Hardscape Design Planting Design Irrigation Design Design Studio This 10-week program meets each week for two hours at the Desert Botanical Garden, 1201 N. Galvin Parkway, Phoenix, AZ. The program begins on June 10 and will end on August 19, 2025. Space is limited.
