More Information

We work with the Frenchman Bay Regional Shellfish Conservation Committee to find ways to enhance and restore mudflats after clam harvests. We help purchase hatchery clams and try to collect natural clam spat, grow them up in protected environments (with predator control netting), before seeding out larger clams that are more likely to survive.
