Explore the Solar System! Discovery Lab

Brainstorm your own mission to space! Take inspiration from existing spacecraft and then assemble your own model spacecraft with preformed components. After assembling your spacecraft, complete a series of tests to ensure that it’s ready for “launch”. Did you include all necessary tools? Can the spacecraft withstand the vibration of launch, or the spin of navigating through space? If not, then it’s back to the drawing board—the design/build/test cycle begins again!
