More Information

This event will feature three short films from the series “Wisdom Carriers,” followed by a discussion with the filmmaker. “Wisdom Carriers” is the story of a Diné woman, Sunny Dooley, seeking the indigenous wisdom of Four Corners tribal members, whose mindful interactions with their landscapes hold the key to rebalancing human relationships with nature and our food sources.       Part of Flagstaff Festival of Science, a free annual 10-day event wholly designed to promote awareness and enthusiasm for science in and about northern Arizona and beyond, and is fondly known as the Best 10 Days of the Year. Established in 1990, it is the longest, continuously running, entirely free science festival in the world.
