Flasgstaff Festival of Science: The Science Behind Animal Shelters

Join us at High Country Humane anytime between 12PM-2PM to learn about the science behind shelters! Visit our education stations where you will learn from our vet, dog, cat, and volunteer team about what they do, why they do it, and how it benefits the animals in our care.       Part of Flagstaff Festival of Science, a free annual 10-day event wholly designed to promote awareness and enthusiasm for science in and about northern Arizona and beyond, and is fondly known as the Best 10 Days of the Year. Established in 1990, it is the longest, continuously running, entirely free science festival in the world.
