Calling all Teens and Tweens! Have you ever wanted to print something on a 3D printer but don’t know where to start? Well, you’re in luck! Come hang out with us and learn the basics of 3D printing at the Velma Teague Library. In this program we will briefly discuss how a 3D printer works and how to identify a quality file to print. After you have learned the basics, we will set you loose to find an item to print of your very own. The 3D prints you have chosen will be printed over the following week and made available for pick up a week from the program. All events at the Glendale Public Library are public, and participants may be photographed by the media and/or City staff for future print and/or online publication. This project is supported by the Arizona State Library, Archives & Public Records, a division of the Secretary of State, with federal funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
