PinkGap and Cherielle are excited to be hosting this free opportunity for girls and non-binary middle school students to learn to code with us this Thanksgiving: our Hour of Code Workshop.
The 3-day Hour of Code Workshop (HOCW) hosts current 6th-8th grade students (ages 11-14) in live virtual classrooms led by a all-girls high school student team that is seeking to inspire and expose students to the world of computer science and programming through our free workshop. Students will learn how to design their own computer project using Python for creative coding.
No experience is needed and students who complete the workshop will be entered into a raffle to win $25 Amazon gift cards and $60 grant checks. Please complete this registration form by November 21st and we’ll let you know our decision around mid-November.
Dates: November 28th, 29th and 30th at 3-6 PM Eastern Time Zone.
