Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Discovery Station – Desert 101

Join Ranger Derik in the nature center to learn about the many animal species found in the desert. Website program details: Ranger Derik will have live animals on display in the nature center as well as natural history artifacts from around the state. On display will be snakes, lizards, insects, animal pelts, and skulls. Also at the table will be field guides to ID the animals you have seen on trail in the park.
