Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Golden Hour Hike

Join Ranger Kevin for a late afternoon, family-friendly hike during the desert’s ‘golden hour.’ Join Ranger Kevin for a leisurely stroll along the Black Rock Loop trail to enjoy to last full hour of sunlight amongst the cactus and the critters. The trail is rated easy with little loose rock, uneven surfaces or elevation change. The distance is 1.3 miles. Please bring water and wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes.
