Join a Park Ranger and the crew from Scorpion Bay Marina on an informative and relaxing boat cruise around scenic Lake Pleasant. Explore the beauty of Lake Pleasant on a cruise narrated by a Park Ranger. Learn about the history, flora and fauna of this oasis in the desert that serves as both a massive storage reservoir and a popular outdoor recreation destination for residents and visitors alike. The boat will make brief informational stops along the way at Waddell Dam and select spots along the shoreline and open water. The Ranger will also point out any incidental occurrences of resident animals, such as bald eagles, egrets, wild burros and more! Restrooms are available at the marina dock and aboard the boat. Water (fountain or purchase) is available at the marina dock.
