Explore the beauty of Lake Pleasant on a cruise narrated by a Park Ranger. Learn about the history, flora and fauna of this oasis in the desert that serves as both a massive storage reservoir and a popular outdoor recreation destination for residents and visitors alike. The boat will make brief informational stops along the way at Waddell Dam and select spots along the shoreline and open water. The Ranger will also point out any incidental occurrences of resident animals, such as bald eagles, egrets, wild burros and more! Restrooms are available at the marina dock and aboard the boat. Water (fountain or purchase) is available at the marina dock. (Other daytime and evening ranger-narrated cruise options can be viewed on the Scorpion Bay Marina website under Fleet Rentals then Sunset and Ranger Cruises).
