Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Waterfall Trail Morning Hike

Come with Ranger Shaun and see Waterfall trail wake up! Getting up early can be tough but make it a little easier with a nice hike! We’ll walk to the waterfall and back, enjoying the early morning temperatures and watch the desert wake up. This is a roughly 2-mile (round trip) hike up an easy rated trail that features some large rocks and elevation change at towards. Please wear closed toed shoes, sunscreen, and bring a water bottle. Wide brimmed hats are recommended, as well as anything you need to feel comfortable hiking. No pets please. MEETING LOCATION: Waterfall trailhead Limit 15 participants. To register, please call the Nature Center at (602) 506-2930 ext. 5 with your name, phone number and number of people attending. If you find you cannot attend a program after you have registered, please call the Nature Center ASAP so we may contact those on the waiting list. Registration for this program will close on 9/16/24. Please note: Summer programs may be canceled on short notice due to severe weather, including extreme heat events.
