Mesa Arts Center: Beginning Glass Blowing

Learn the basics of traditional “offhand” glass blowing. Work in teams to complete simple blown vessels and objects. Supplies are included. Bring drinking water and appropriate clothing– natural fiber fabrics (cotton, silk, linen, wool, leather), closed toe shoes. Note: this class is held in a shaded, outdoor area with hot equipment. The heat may not be appropriate for some students. Please make sure our registrar has your email address for contact by instructor prior to class.
