Grow your own heritage fruit trees in the Sonoran Desert Friday February 14, 2025, 9:00am-12:00pm At Mission Garden, in the Event Ramada and Spanish Colonial Orchard $60, Spots limited: Register and pay here. Learn all about the historically and culturally important fruit trees of the Sonoran Desert with Jesús García, Director of the Kino Heritage Fruit Trees Project and Research Associate at the Arizona Sonora Desert Museum. During the hands-on part of the workshop participants receive propagation materials and cuttings of heirloom fruit trees from Mission Garden and learn how to propagate them on their own. Use these methods to propagate your own favorite trees.
