Nerding: Robotics

In this super fun class, we’ll play with different kinds of robots. We have the lil’ Ozobots, who can follow lines and do cool tricks when they drive over different colors. Then there’s the speedy Indi robots, who zip around as they drive over special color tiles. And let’s not forget about Dash, the robot you can program using block coding with an iPad! But that’s not all! We’ll also build our very own robots called “BrushBots.” They’re made from a small motor, battery, and a toothbrush. Wiggly BrushBots love to run around will NOT listen to any directions you give them! But guess what? You get to take your BrushBot home with you! Every day, we’ll have new challenges and projects to work on. You’ll get to solve puzzles, learn how to code, and even create your own robot theme park! Grades 1 - 3 June 2 - 6
