More Information

Odonata Central is a citizen science program and online platform for Odonata (dragonflies and damselflies) in the Western Hemisphere, aiming to expand knowledge of their distribution, biogeography, and identification. It allows participants to submit checklists of their sightings, which are then used to create maps and species lists, contributing to scientific understanding of these insects. The project also includes a user-friendly app for data entry and the “Dragonfly ID” app for identification assistance.
