More Information

The Club meeting will start at 7:00pm.

Then stick around for Sally's Night at 7:30pm honoring Dr. Sally K. Ride—the first American woman in space and a true trailblazer in science. It has been 40 years since Dr. Ride's historic STS-7 mission, and her accomplishments continue to be celebrated in the STEAM community. Sally’s Night is part of a nationwide celebration led by the Smithsonian’s National Air and Space Museum, recognizing the incredible contributions of women and gender minorities in science, technology, engineering, and math.

The night will feature telescope observations, outdoor rocket launches, special planetarium shows, and hands-on activities designed to inspire curious minds and educate about women in STEAM. Whether you’re a stargazer, a science enthusiast, or just looking for a memorable evening with your community, Sally’s Night is for you.

Sally's Night will take place in the Marshall Gallery and on the east lawn. This event is free and open to the public thanks to the generosity of Bank of Oklahoma.
