El Rio Preserve along the Santa Cruz River provides excellent habitat for birds and other wildlife. Join birding expert Jeff Babson at one of Marana’s birding hotspots. November is the beginning of the winter birding season, so we will be searching for waterfowl, sparrows, and other seasonal birds. Please remember to wear comfortable shoes and bring plenty of water; wearing a hat and sunscreen are also recommended.
