More Information

Learn why our desert is so diverse and why diversity is good for us, then meet a few of the animals that live in our biodiverse region! Experts from the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum will speak about the unique desert that surrounds us, accompanied by some animal friends. Ask most people to describe a “desert” and you’ll likely hear words like dry, hot, and dusty. The Sonoran Desert defies stereotypes with a great variety of plants, animals and ecosystems. Space is limited, registration opens Friday June 13th at 8:00AM. Please register each person attending online here. Seating will begin about 5 minutes before the program begins.
