More Information

Help collect information about wildlife on Rauscher Farm!

Rauscher Farm is a 62 acre open space with open fields, woodlands, and pond access. Located in Clinton MA, this historical farm was purchased by the town in 2007. It is now a protected open space, with nature activities and several beautiful hiking trails.

The Rauscher Farm Management Subcommittee, in charge of the space, has many plans to study and conserve the land. This includes working to make an updated management plan, with input from various experts, to best serve the wildlife of the farm.

Collecting data on the various animals that live and travel through the property is integral to understanding and supporting this ecosystem. To do so, the Subcommittee uses a motion-sensitive camera to capture photos of animals.

Volunteers for this project will be presented with sets of these photos and identify the animals to the best of their ability.
