Reid Park Zoo: Summer Camp – Five Senses

For the 2024 summer camp season, Reid Park Zoo is offering week-long camp sessions for campers going into grades 1-5*. Each camp will include animal ambassador encounters, behind-the-scenes opportunities, games, and hands-on activities that highlight the following grade-specific topics: Grades 1-2: Five Senses Campers will have an exciting week of sensory exploration as they experience the Zoo through their five senses, discovering along the way how animals use their own sensory adaptations to survive in the wild. They will see amazing animals in action, smell and hear the unique scents and sounds of the Zoo, touch interesting textures, and much more in activities and behind-the-scenes tours.
