STEAM National Honors Society: Research & Innovation Expo

The Research & Innovation Expo (RIE) is a competitive showcase for bold ideas, original research, and innovative solutions. Hosted during AZ Tech Week 2026, RIE provides students the opportunity to present their work at a university venue and engage with experts in science, technology, engineering, and innovation. Open to 2nd grade students to Undergraduate levels in 4 categories: *2nd to 5th graders *6th to 8th graders *9th to 12th graders * Undergraduates Students may participate individually or in teams and present research, prototypes, or innovation-focused projects across STEM and interdisciplinary domains. Compete and showcase your innovative projects *Present at a university-hosted research expo *Receive feedback from judges and industry experts *Strengthen research, innovation, and presentation skills *Gain recognition during AZ Tech Week
