Generation STEAM is a 501©(3) organization and an affiliate of Biocom California. Our mission is to spark a love of science, technology, engineering, art, and math in K-12 students and expose them to careers in which their unique strengths can be utilized. We want students to know that whatever their skills, interests and values, there is a place for them in STEAM. Generation STEAM delivers impactful results through early and consistent exposure to a wide variety of STEAM related fields, building unique skillsets and confidence in STEAM from a young age. Our programs are designed to grow with the students, providing career exposure to make those skillsets feel practical, and mentorship programs to make a STEAM career path feel realistic, regardless of gender, race, or socio-economic status. Generation STEAM provides opportunity in areas where resource and education equality has historically lacked.
