Take part in an active paleontological excavation at The Mammoth Site Bonebed. This is a true scientific endeavor, where you’ll be working right alongside paleontologists to:
Excavate mammoth bones
Learn how to screenwash excavated sediments
Contribute to bonebed mapping using a camera and software
Work in the research lab to sort, prepare and preserve bones
Learn 3D Scanning and 3D Printing for the molding & casting laboratory
Contribute to ongoing research about the site’s fauna and flora
