The night of March 13-14 will be a total lunar eclips visible from all of North America. All the times listed below are for Lancaster County. Note that the entire event occurs in the early morning hours of March14.
First Contact will be abour 1:10am - this is when the shadow of the Earth first touches the moon.
Totality, when the moon will be entirely covered by Earth's shadow, starts about 2:25am and finishes about 3:30am.
Last contact, when the moon is clear of the Earth's shadow, will be about 4:45am.
