Tucson Bird Alliance: Experiencing Spring Migration along the San Pedro River

This date will represent peak occurrence for passerine migrants in Spring when many species are in their bright breeding plumages and we’ll take this occasion to check for them along the San Pedro River in the very productive Hereford Bridge area. Bring comfortable walking shoes and sun protection, water and snacks. Sunrise: 5:55AM Directions: final meeting instructions by email. Registration fee: $35/member, $50/non-member* Trip Difficulty: Moderate; Walking Distance: less than 3 miles along trails at the river. Trip Duration: Return early afternoon. Carpooling required.
