Tucson Bird Alliance: Willcox Lakes for Shorebird Migration Birding

Trip Difficulty: Easy with only short jaunts from our vehicles as we drive around the area. Trip Duration: Return shortly after noon. Carpooling required. This time will represent peak occurrence for shorebirds at this site and we’ll take this occasion to carefully study and talk about their identification. Bring comfortable walking shoes and sun protection, water and snacks. Spotting scopes will be very helpful. Sunrise at 6:14AM Directions: final meeting instructions by email.
