For newly expectant parents – guidance on the healthiest pregnancy possible. Learn about nutrition, exercise, fetal development, and physical and emotional changes. Explore how to have a more comfortable and safe pregnancy. Those in their first trimester of pregnancy are especially encouraged to attend. This class is taught by highly-qualified, certified childbirth educators. A tour of TMC;s Maternity Department is included. Register under mom’s name, and feel free to bring along one support person with you to class.
