ASEF is the Alabama State Science and Engineering Fair, an affiliate fair of the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (Regeneron ISEF), the world’s largest international pre-college science competition. ISEF, the premiere science competition in the world, annually provides a forum for millions of students from over 50 countries, regions, and territories to showcase their independent research. ASEF hosts middle and high school regional fair winners from across the state. Several exceptional high school students from ASEF will advance to the Regeneron ISEF in May and will compete against the top 1500 students in the world for nearly $4 million in prizes and scholarships.
