Overview
This online PD will help k-12 in and out of school time educators learn more about Biotechnology. The online
modules will cover the basic science of Biotechnology, and also will highlight careers in the rapidly expanding field. Participants will receive lab kits for hands-on experiences.

March 1 st - May 30th(Asynchronous)
Hosted through Canvas
The course will include 4 modules (~1.5hrs) each with at least one assignment.
Participants are asked to complete modules between March 1st-May 30th to earn the $50 stipend. A total of 6 contact hours will also be
awarded.
