City of Surprise: Child and Babysitting Safety Class

This class is not just “watching” children, it is about being responsible for a child’s safety and well-being. This is great course for those boys and girls interested in becoming a mother’s helper, starting to babysit or who are already babysitting and want to enhance their skills. Topics include, developing a resume, safety in the home, how to do an orientation, handwashing, diapering, feeding infants and children as well as what to do in an emergency. Ages 10 - 16
