More Information

Camp MADE focuses on career exploration and skills development in the critical STEM fields of manufacturing, aviation, agriculture, design, & entrepreneurship. Sessions are divided by grade level into beginner, intermediate, & advanced sections. Each session will have its’ own theme, which site visits, maker activities, and guest speakers will connect to. Each 3 or 4 day session will include at least one site visit and a STEM-based maker activity that will create a product students can take back home. Two of the primary goals for these camps is to create student awareness of their local economy & to provide a space for students to explore potential career possibilities that leverage their personal talents and interests that they may not have previously considered. Lunch is provided each day and scholarship opportunities are available for disadvantaged students.
