Flagstaff Festival of Science: Making the Most of your Garden – Cooking Workshop

Join a local master gardener for a fun, hands-on workshop on turning your garden harvest into delicious creations like pesto and herb salts. Learn simple techniques to preserve and enjoy your garden harvests year-round. Materials provided, and you’ll take home your own garden goodies! Reservations are required.       Part of Flagstaff Festival of Science, a free annual 10-day event wholly designed to promote awareness and enthusiasm for science in and about northern Arizona and beyond, and is fondly known as the Best 10 Days of the Year. Established in 1990, it is the longest, continuously running, entirely free science festival in the world.
