More Information

The Great Plains Bumble Bee Atlas is a collaborative project to track and conserve bumble bees throughout the region. By spreading out across the three-state region and conducting surveys, we will gain a better understanding of the Great Plains’ bumble bees. The gathered information will aid in improving the ways we conserve and protect these important native pollinators. All surveys are catch and release.

Educational workshops are held to provide volunteers with the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to participate. We hope you’ll join us!
