Stop by this display table of plant and animal specimens and ask Ranger Nikki all your desert questions. Learn about some of the hardy plants and animals of our Sonoran Desert, from trees and shrubs to mammals, birds and reptiles, and find out how they survive in our extreme environment. How do they conserve water? How to they keep their cool in summer? What do they do during winter? Stop by any time between 11:30am and 1:00pm. Restrooms and water are available at the Visitor Center.
