Mindset Matters

Carol Dweck wrote the book, Mindset: The New Psychology of Success, and launched a revolution in the way people perceive the ability to succeed. Nowhere is this philosophy more important than in the classroom. This training will provide background on what a growth mindset is and how to develop it in ourselves and our students. Brain-based science and practical classroom strategies will come together, as participants learn ways to foster growth mindset through their words, instructional activities, and classroom culture.
