More Information

Monarch Watch, a conservation, research, and education non-profit organization at the University of Kansas administers a grant program to supply large quantities of milkweed to individuals and organizations to plant for habitat restoration projects to help the monarch butterfly population. Information is needed from the grant recipients in order to report back to the granting agencies on topics such as: were milkweeds planted, was there media coverage, use of volunteers, did the plants survive, problems they encountered, planting methods, etc.
