Open Lab is a drop-in program geared towards kids in grades 6 through 12, supervised by at least one STEAMlab staff member. Open Lab is a time of self-directed learning, where students are provided with opportunities to explore 3-D design, scanning, and printing; play and build together in one of the lab’s Minecraft worlds; learn to program code; discover machine take-aparts; or craft an engineering project using provided materials.
