More Information

The Paramount School Park Stargaze is Free to the Public.
This event is authorized by the city of Shoreline, Parks & Recreation Department.
It is conducted by volunteers from the Seattle Astronomical Society (SAS).
The Moon is near “third quarter” phase and as such “moonrise” does not occur near or after migdnight making Shoreline skies particularly dark and favorable for stargazing.
Visit websited www.seattleastro.org for other Puget Sound star parties, other SAS events and membership information.
Please check the SAS website frequently for star party event status.  If necessary, star party cancellations will be posted on the SAS website and other social platforms, not later that 4PM the day of the event.
